I’m Debbie Novak Bouman also known as the “Ladder Lady” in & around the Lehigh Valley and Pocono area.   Face Painting by Ladder Lady proudly serves the Lehigh Valley & Pocono Area.

I’m a local girl, born & raised in Bethlehem, PA and now call the Pocono Mountains home.  I'm also a single mom to my (2) amazing & creative sons, Zach who resides in Colorado and Tyler who resides in Pennsylvania.

When my 30-year financial management career ended in late 2016, I decided to move in a different direction, and I had the opportunity to try face painting at a family restaurant night.  It was instantly something I knew I wanted to do more of.  So, in August of 2017, I created Face Painting by Ladder Lady.   Today we have become a successful company in our field of entertainment basing our success on recommendations and repeat business.

I would love to be part of your celebration by face painting at your next event! We also do henna, body art, Glitter tattoos, and personal appointments.
